We will attempt to give you a refund or exchange on most items purchased at Genesis Supplies online or offline when you present the original invoice. When you don't have an invoice we will offer an invoice lookup. This will allow us to verify credit card or paypal purchases within 30 days of the date of purchase. Some items may be subject to a re-stocking charge. Special Order items are NOT Returnable.

RETURN POLICY

Unopened items in original packaging returned with an invoice within 30 days of purchase will receive a refund to the original method of payment or will receive an exchange. Items that are opened or damaged and/or not in a resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Special Order items are NOT Returnable. You must acquire an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) Number from Genesis Supplies in order to return the items. Call our customer service team for an RGA at 416-667-1971.

RETURN PRODUCTS

Products can be returned or exchanged at our Toronto distribution center within 30 days of purchase. All returns MUST have an RGA number or it will not be accepted. Items must be packaged securely and shipped at the customers expense to the address below:

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are handled in the same manner as product returns. All exchanges must have an RGA number or it will not be accepted. To exchange a product simply bring it to our distribution center within 30 days, in its original condition and packaging with your invoice. Please take a took at our Exceptions and Exclusions sections below for complete details.

EXCEPTIONS

There are some exceptions to our Return Policy. These include:

• Returns, exchanges or warranties on an item without an invoice may not be accepted
• A defective item is subjective to the manufacturer's warranty and will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer or manufacturer's representatives.

EXCLUSIONS

Some products supplied by Genesis Supplies are non-refundable and non-exchangeable these include:
