 Finishing provides the same shiny gloss to a floor that waxing does, while using synthetic chemicals to produce this result. Depending on what products you prefer while also keeping in mind what kind of floor you have, there may be preference to selecting finishing over waxing.

Buff it!

 Buffing will keep an office floor appearing flat, professional, and beautiful. The processing of buffing involves removing the top layer of what sits on an office floor. Any scratches or imperfections that you can’t get rid of with a mop can easily be taken care of by buffing it out.

By leaving a floor with nicks and scratches, or not having some sort of sealant on it, you risk accumulating such damage that it may eventually need a replacement.
