As temperatures rise, small businesses thrive. As more people begin venturing into commercial spaces to buy, this means more retailers, restaurants, and service businesses getting their outdoor furniture set up.

Being able to soak up the sun and enjoy the breeze attracts customers, as long as the furniture is clean enough to sit on and the weather is comfortable. The best example is this are restaurants and cafes, where a patio is known to attract significant business from patrons seeking to remain outside while enjoying a drink, a meal, and some company.

Keeping all of this in mind though, after months in storage, outdoor furniture may require some sprucing up before it gets presented to the general public. Throughout the colder months, it’s more than possible there may be mildew, insects in hiding, water damage, and dirt accumulation.

It’s the chemistry behind the solution that make air fresheners everything they are. There is some debate though behind air fresheners as to whether they actually kill odors or just mask it. That’s something we hope to expand on a little here.

There are some air fresheners – including many of the cheaper brands – that do act to just mask the smell. Then, there are others who claim to eliminate odors and some would argue that they do. Clogging the drain is something we all go through in both residential and commercial settings. Usually, buying some cleaning supplies and getting it down the drain does an excellent job at taking care of it. That said, these products are not always environmentally friendly.

In commercial cleaning, some of us have sought out eco-friendly products to unclog a drain. What we found is many people searching for how to clean and unclog a drain without using chemicals. Browsing the long list of commercial items in places of business, there are some that will require washing every day, others that will need to be washed every week, and others every month or every year. Even for commercial enterprises who consider themselves to be the cleanest, they may not be as clean as they hope or think they are.

Let’s start with the items at the computer. It might seem obvious however not all commercial cleaners will cover the keyboard. A keyboard should be cleaned thoroughly minimum once a week to reduce the spreading of bacteria. There are some cleaners who will do this task more frequently, possibly once per day. To do this effectively, use a can of compressed air to spray between the keys and wipe with a sanitizing wipe. In the same clean, you should be doing the computer screen, the phone, and all available surfaces. In the office, the desk is a very unhygienic place. By tackling it minimum once per week, any troublesome germs, bacteria, and microbes can be handled.
