Surge protector saves energy by utilizing the master control concept. When it senses the PC is not in use, it goes into standby mode. Other equipment will be shut off automatically, saving energy and subsequent costs. Surge protector features a co-energy power bar, eight outlets secured for 90-degree connectors, three lines of protection for phone and modem, signal lamps as an alarm and a space-saving, 45-degree plug. Energy dissipation is 1050 joules. Response time is less than one nanosecond.
